For the life of me, I cannot remember any candidate, Republican or Democrat ever having the pundits think that a person from the opposite party may be a great running mate. But it got me to thinking, that Chuck Hagel from Nebraska would be a great choice. He would help to unify the ticket with someone who is against the war and a moderate Republican. Although he is pro-life, I don't think that would upset the Democratic apple cart too much, as I think he brings too much to the table.]]></description>
